About Us

About Us

At Inclusive Living, we believe that every person has the right to live a life filled with dignity, choice, and connection. Based in the midlands, we provide residential care for adults who may be autistic, have an intellectual disability, epilepsy, physical disability, or mental health challenges. We support individuals with complex needs and we are committed to creating environments where each individual feels safe, respected, and truly seen.

Our Ethos

Our ethos is built on three simple promises: to promote independence, to protect individuals, and to uphold integrity in all that we do. We are a rights-based, neuroaffirmative, and trauma-informed service, working within a relational model that centres trust, co-regulation, and authentic human connection. Our approach is firmly guided by the social model of disability – which recognises that people disabled not by their differences, but by the barriers in society. This means we do not see disability as a limitation to be “fixed”, but as part of a person’s identity to be respected and supported.

For us, support is never just about providing care – it is about listening, building meaningful relationships, and walking alongside each person as they shape their own life.

Our Approach

Our focus is on removing obstacles, creating supportive environments, and ensuring every person can live with dignity, independence, and connection.

We believe meaningful support is built through relationships, trust, and collaboration.

This means:

Listening first – the voice of each individual is central to every decision and plan.

Building relationships – genuine connection and trust are at the heart of everything we do.

Working together – we partner with each person, as well as their families and support networks, so that their choices and goals shape their journey.

Celebrating strengths – we see beyond labels, valuing each person’s individuality and potential.

Creating belonging – we promote inclusion and participation, supporting people to live ordinary lives in ordinary places and to be part of their communities.

Our Objectives

We are committed to:

  • Providing appropri supports tailored to each individual’s needs.
  • Promoting and maximising independence and community involvement.
  • Meeting emotional, social, intellectual, and physical needsa in a holistic way.
  • Ensuring every person’s choices, rights, and dignity are respected.
  • Embedding service-user voice and involvement in all planning.
